Delivery Policy on Ecomyze

Ecomyze’s delivery policy is designed to ensure that customers receive their products quickly and safely.
Please refer to the terms below to better understand the delivery process.

1. Delivery Time

• The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery address.
• Orders placed before 12:00 will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Fee

• The shipping fee is calculated based on the distance and weight of the goods.
• Orders over VND 500,000 will receive free shipping within the inner city area.

3. Delivery Process

• The delivery staff will contact customers before delivery to confirm a suitable delivery time.
• Customers are required to check the goods upon receipt and sign the delivery confirmation form.

4. Special Cases

• In cases of bad weather or natural disasters, delivery time may be delayed.
• Customers may request order cancellation if they do not receive the goods within 7 days from the order date.
